Prompt and friendly service. I had a flat tire, and needed to have my car taken to a tire shop so I could get to work on time later that same day. Got to the shop promptly, and was on the road within about 45 minutes afterwards.
My husband 2011 dodge challenger broke down at the red light right before you turn on 360 north. I called Alcantar and their response was speedy. I love the fact that he didn't charge us an arm & leg to tow us 21mile to our home. The tower was pretty nice and we appreciate him for a job well done.
I just want to give some negative feedback. While I did not use your towing services my front neighbor did on 10/11/21 at around 12 pm at location 1514 E. Lovers Lane Arlington, Tx 76010. Your driver parked his towing truck with the SUV he was towing on top of my house driveway right across. I was not your customer. Your driver DID NOT have my permission nor consent to park on my driveway. As I came home he was already on top of it. He left tire marks. I have pictures. I am very disappointed that your workers would do this. My neighbor who was your customer, claims he did not tell your driver to do this either. I would NOT recommend your services to anyone if this is how you conduct business.
Requested a tow truck from Grand Prairie to Arlington and was quoted $80. The destination changed and my vehicle got towed 6 miles (SIX) within Grand Prairie and I was still charged $80. The phone dispatcher, who I understand was the manager, said it was the same price regardless of the location, however, initially he said it would be $80 because the tow was going to Arlington. He said he would reduce it by $5 but he didn't even do that, I was still charged $80. The only reason I give this company two stars is because the driver was great.
Dispatch and driver Cameron were professional and efficient. I will absolutely call them again.
I experienced the erratic behavior of one of their employees by the name of Eric at another towing company today while I was there trying to get property out of my car. People like this should be on a leash. Doesnt surprise me that he looked very unprofessional in his saggy pants and bad attitude.
